Liliana Jordanov
Liliana Jordanov is the World Languages and Global Education Coordinator for Guilford County Schools. As a native from Argentina, she came to Greensboro in 2000 to teach Spanish and ESL at Smith High School. Now that Liliana works in the Central Office at the Guilford County Schools, she is also involved with projects related to global education and cultural awareness. She is very passionate about the topic of education, her two daughters and tango. With her parents originating from Bulgaria and Argentina, Liliana identifies her background as the reason for her love of languages and cultures and her capacity to blur the borders of difference. Liliana appreciates the warmth of the people of Greensboro as well as the city's diversity and is contributing to it through great engagement.
