Lydia Arledge
Lydia Arledge has served as the Assistant Director for Study Abroad in the Office of International Affairs at North Carolina A&T State University since 2016. Prior to this, Ms. Arledge worked as a consultant for the Disney Company assisting in the development of an international internship program for the Theme Parks and Resort division and as well as the recruitment of U.S. and Canadian teachers for year-long positions with Disney English in China. In 2015 Ms. Arledge assisted with the transition of the UNC system exchange program to an international recruitment program. Additionally, she served for five years as the Program Director for a German Fulbright Summer Institute hosted by the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG). She has both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Louisiana State University as well as a Post-Graduate Certificate in International Business from UNCG.
